Scapa

Finally tried this place on a Sunday afternoon. I was very pleased with the beautiful ambiance this restaurant had. The food was very good and the staff overall was friendly. The host and busboy were especially welcoming and accommodating. However I have to knock this place down a star because of our waiter Bernard. His unpleasant and unwelcoming demeanor was very felt throughout our meal. It shouldn't feel like ordering, or asking for something extra is a favor the waiter is doing you. Maybe he was having a bad day, but never a hint of a smile was given or any kind of energy that would make anyone feel welcome. However the rest of the experience will make us give this place another shot.

Best Italian resturant ever!! Service, food, atmosphere and owners are amazing. We had grilled calamari and bruschetta for appetizer, so good. Then we had the Italian wedding soup which was to die for. I had the veal Marsala, husband had the rib tips, both dishes were excellent. Then ofcourse we had dessert, tiramisu and cannoli. I was extremely impressed. Best birthday dinner ever! We will be back soon.

wonderful place to go. food was great. family friendly. staff friendly and smiled a lot. owner stopped to talk with us. wine was good too. plenty of parking. we will return.

We ate at Scapa Sunday night, June 28 and came away disappointed and actually surprised at how bad the food was. We had Salmon Limone and Veal Marsala, each $24.00 and looked, felt and tasted like pre frozen dinners which had been microwaved. Scapa has a very large menu which led us to believe the food was pre frozen.. The service was average. We have eaten there before but never again.

Excellent food, lots of choices for everyone! Love the staff and the service. The owners Tony and Kristen are very attentive and always so kind to every guest. We will always choose Scapa first for Italian and more!
