Not up to our expectations of nice Indian food. Way too spicy and salty ( could only taste chilly powder) too spicy even for south Indian spice tolerance. Got burned meat for curry. Could be better.

The food is delicious! I like this place, they have big sizes, the food taste fresh. The waitress is nice and helpful. You can bring alcohol if you want ($5 fee) and you can even bring a cake. I think it’s one of the best Indian restaurants in the city.

My husband and I really enjoyed our dinner here. The food and service were perfect. We felt very welcome and we are excited to go back again. 10/10 would recommend. Maybe one of my favorite desi places in the city so far!

My friend and I decided to dine at tandoor char house after seeing positive reviews about service. Unfortunately service during our dinner extremely poor and inattentive. Our reservation was for 8:30 and our meal arrived approx an hour later. Which would I've been expected and understandable so if our server had checked in on us during the time frame. The evening continues with the waiter forgetting a dinner item we ordered, adding an additional item to our tab that we did NOT order and were charged for, and then forgetting the lids to the take out boxes. He then dropped sauce all over my personal belongings and without even an apology or acknowledgment..walked away. I've never seen such oversight in a restaurant environment. TERRIBLE experience. When I asked to speak to the manager, he was hiding in the kitchen for approx 15-20 minutes until I left the restaurant. Zero accountability. Zero apology, not worth your evening.
