I really wanted to like this place, especially based on some decent reviews by some of our friends.
I pass by almost every day and only recently checked it out. It was one of those freezing cold Chicago evenings and the place was nearly empty but for a few staff and another couple. the atmosphere could have felt pretty cool, but it just felt a bit empty.
The staff was friendly and the service was prompt. The Menu is a little odd - it makes me think of the little papers that came with the Clue board game. Regardless, we were able to agree on several rolls.
The first roll that came out was not appetizing - something in it tasted like it had been in the fridge too long. The other two rolls were just Ok.
In the end, the experience was a bit abysmal and the prices were too high.
