The Temporis tasting menu is filled with dishes that will thrill you and fill you with good flavors.
Menu items are named based on their key ingredient -- for instance, "Duck" -- and the chefs at Temporis tease you with a familiar dish done in unfamiliar ways. For instance, the duck is served with cherries, not an uncommon combination, but the green bamboo rice and tarragon are what put it over the top.
The "A5 Wagyu Ribeye" is becoming a familiar lux item on Chicago menus, but at Temporis they prepare this beautiful piece of meat with tropical fruit, papaya, tamarind and jackfruit. It's a way to taste this outstanding steak in a new way.
For dessert, there's "Chocolate" like you've probably never had it before: with golden beet and hibiscus.
