Stan's Donuts & Coffee

I can't judge too much as I just stopped in and only tried their cronut. Great looking atmosphere and HUGE selection of donuts. The cronut was my first one and while the outside was crispy and sugary delicious, I had expected a more flaky inside. Instead it was a more chewy texture. Still - I would love to come back and try more of their huge variety.

They’ve changed. Hadn’t been here since before pandemic. Used to come here weekly. The chocolate glazed raised donut used to be dipped in the standard glaze then topped w chocolate icing. Now there’s no glaze and just a chocolate icing on top. Dry and not enough flavor. Would never get again unless they go back to the original way. The doughboy filled donuts need more filling. The peanut butter filling is really poor. It should not be straight peanut butter. Would be tastier and fill donut better if they made a peanut butter cream.

Definitely worth a visit! Stopped in for a latte and donut - bring a jacket if you plan to dine in, as it must have been in the 60s in there! Arrive early to avoid long lines. Selecting just one donut was a daunting and difficult task (thankfully there was no one else in line and the cashier was very patient), but I finally settled on the lemon pistachio, which was great. Would have preferred room temp donuts vs. refrigerator cold. And, I really love the Stan's Donut mascot/caricature. If they had had t-shirts w/ that on them, I'd have bought one.

Came here with my kids for my sons birthday breakfast. We took the train and got off and it was right there. Such great food, seriously give them all of your money. The employees were so friendly and nice as well. I can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu.

Delicious donuts. Absolutely delicious. I wish Stan's donuts was on the East Coast(Boston Preferably) So many choices. And very friendly staff. I shared a variety dozen with my friends and the whole box was gone within 20 minutes. The gluten free donuts are just as good as the regular ones. Love the prices. So every time I visit Chicago I'll make sure to stop by Stan's donuts and coffee. And you should too.

Super cute store and delicious donuts!! They range from having the basics to some really interesting and decadent donuts! I would definitely recommend to any donut lover or any adventurous sweet tooth!

This is one of the busiest Stan’s Donuts location near the Blue line Damen stop and my favorite dance studio, Mazi — I just happened to visit it when it was empty…🫢 A colorful, fun location to be in, where you can have solid donuts with good coffee (I usually go for the cold brew ☕️)! They change the specialty donuts from time to time, but I do love their lemon pistachio old-fashioned which is always available (unless they are sold out)🍩. Originated from California but transformed in Chicago, I’d say, and I do think it’s worth a visit if in town 🥰!
