Ruth's Chris Steak House

Out of town for work and wanted a great steak. I didn’t bring anything nice enough for Ruth’s Chris, so I ordered takeout….a petite filet, Caesar salad, and brussels. After waiting 20min longer than told for my food, there’s no silverware in the bag, no salad dressing, and I’ll attach a picture of a warmed up steak. No medium rare steak should be completely raw throughout. I love a slightly undercooked steak, but I could not even chew this bc of the sinew and the raw meat taste. On the plus side, the brussels were spot on.

Went there to celebrate my birthday and I was very disappointed with the food and level of service it was provided. 1. Waiter (Michael) passed by our table and never offer to refill our empty wine glasses or water, we had to refill our own drinks. 2. Waiter served us cold steaks, and he even mentioned to us that plates should come out sizzling, when asked waiter why did you served us knowing that something wasn’t right, he just walked away. 3. Had better service provided from assistance waiter. I will go and spend my money elsewhere then this location.

We went for our 13th anniversary and it was absolutely the best dining experience I’ve ever had. Service - impeccable. Food - even better! We both ordered the tomahawk steaks which were huge but well worth it. Ahi tuna was an appetizer that I wasn’t sure I’d like but it turned out I LOVED it!! Potatoes and onions - best ever I’d recommend this place to EVERYONE!!

Enjoyed a great date night at Ruth's Chris. Loved the atmosphere. Food and service were very good. Friendly staff. We look forward to going back.

After traveling the region and having the chance to experience many excellent steak houses, I felt my time here was woefully average. The food wasn't awful and the presentation was nice but the flavor of the steak and French onion soup I dined on left no lasting impressions on me. The decor and atmosphere on display were fairly on par for restaurants of this scale and I have seen the style implemented better elsewhere.

The crab cakes were amazing but my steak (22 oz cowboy ribeye) and my wife's lonster mac and cheese were lackluster. I've had a better steak made over a campfire. The price isn't worth it. On the upside, the service was good. Lance was very attentive and knowledgeable of them menu.

I went for my birthday as a present from my boyfriend. I’m only giving 2 stars because the set up they have in there is nice and the food wasn’t to bad BUT Definitely NOT worth what they charge. I’ve had better elsewhere. The Best person working there was the sweet “bus girl”. Our waiter did not have the friendliest attitude for sure he seemed put off. And to top it off I took 2 sips of my drink then lifted the orange slice and there was a BUG in my drink! That’s unacceptable I can’t stop thinking that there could have been another one and I swallowed it because I didn’t know I had to inspect my drink closely at a place like that. I tried to be very polite and not make a big deal because I didn’t want to upset my boyfriend but I’m definitely Not happy the manager laughed it off didn’t even apologize.

Great ambience! Very classy old southern plush decor with intimate booths available for private dinners. Small and medium size banquet halls available for small gatherings. Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff. Filets are medium rare when you ask for a medium rare! Wine selection quite tasty with the menu.

Wonderful dinner for our Anniversary date night! Food was EXCELLENT, service was GREAT! LOVE the atmosphere! Thanks for a very special night and delicious food!
