Delicious pizza! I been eating this pizza my whole life…..Since 63rd days. Glad they have one in Tinley Park.

The pizza is fabulous. Their on line menu leaves a lot to be desired. Try finding it. Ridiculous.

Tried it twice & both times pizza was consistently delicious! Not sure why they have 2.5 stars but they have a return customer in me!

I order from this location literally 10 times a month. I placed an order online at 5:47p. After a period of time (7:09p) I called because no order had arrived. I was told it was out for delivery. I live 1.3 miles from Palermo’s. I wanted to cancel and was told I couldn’t. So now it is 7:53pm and I called back and asked for the manager. Maggie answered and then said hold on and came back on. She said she was the manager and canceled the order. NO ONE TOLD ME THEY DID THIS. So as I’m waiting instead of ordering from a competent place. Nothing ever showed. No apology or remorse. It was like I was the inconvenience… I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on

My husband and I tried this place for the first time tonight. We ordered online, it was ready when it said it would be and it was delicious. We like pizza with a good amount of sauce and this was it. We will be back.
