The cake it self was delicious. The work that was put on this cake very nice also but it was not finished. It was a baby shower cake I gave them a picture. Only slight changes. There was a baby on a fluffy cloud that was supposed to be on the cake like in the picture but when I picked it up no baby. They tried to Tell me I said that I didn’t want the baby on it 🤬. And it would have taken 72 hours longer and $150.00 more ok so again I ask what was the problem? I ordered the cake 4/3/22. Baby shower was 6/5/22 they had 8 weeks and my receipt said nothing about not adding the baby. because (hence a baby shower ) won’t be back!!!!

Well, if ya want a place where you will wait for an hour even if it isn't busy this place is for you!! Customer service is extremely poor. Stopped in to buy a 40 dollar cake. After the 3 order takers stopped chatting i made my order. It then sat on the counter to be boxed for 15min. After being boxed it was moved to the check out counter and sat behind 3 other orders for 15min while one check out person took care of a walk up line running out the door. All the while workers walked around chatting. Ended up walking out and picked up bakery from Mariano's which was just as good. My last visit there. Edit to respond to reply. We were there Sunday at 12 noon. No it wasn't crowded. Your employees simply didn't get the job done. Why does one pull a cake out of the case, then set it on the counter unboxed for 15min waiting for another employee to box it and move it 20ft to the right where it sits for another 15min as the cashier checks out all the people who came in after me and picked up items from the table or shelves?? No need to call, as I stated Mariano's has an excellent bakery and I don't wait half an hour for nothing
