They're back there putting finishing touches on hand-cut steaks, plus the signature mac 'n' cheese, Kobe beef "o pops" and more. Diners may choose an eight-ounce or 12-ounce filet and have it char-grilled, paired with shrimp, or smothered in caramelized onions and au poivre sauce. The prime or Kobe New York strip range in size from 12 ounces to 32 ounces. Each steak is served with one side.
