Harbor Seafood, founded by Randall Curtis and Taylor Jacobsen, prides itself for its connections to the local food community. You'll find local produce, fresh seafood, and Snake River Farms wagyu beef in dishes on the menu, which changes seasonally.
Starter dishes, which are great for sharing, range from wagyu beef & shrimp eggrolls accompanied by a sweet chile sauce to spinach & asiago dip served with toasted baguette. For entrees, guests may choose from the likes of wild Mahi Mahi, Korean-style short ribs in a red pepper glaze, and prime filet mignon. Guests may choose two sides with every entree.
There's an ample list of wines by the glass, but the beverage emphasis at Harbor Seafood is on craft cocktails. It's an extensive list of original drinks, from the rum-forward Redrum (rum, pomegranate liqueur, muddled lime) to gin-based Surf Rider (gin, cherry schnapps, muddled strawberry and orange, juiced lemon, tonic water).
