This is a good place to visit with family. The options are good, but the replacement of food items were a bit slow. That's why a reduction of one star.

The food was great and the staff were amazing! My only concern is that the floor in the women's bathroom was a bit sticky and the sink was a bit leaky. I attended with a big group of people and there weren't any problems.

Pizza quality is average but I love that you can order custom pizzas unlike other big pizza chains. There are a few issues, like the prices have gone up and they tend to not honor coupons/promotions. But considering most of the Cicis in the Midwest have closed down due to the pandemic hurting buffet sales, it's something you just have to put up with.

Stopped in 15 mins before closing and they still were willing to make new pizzas that I requested. Great customer service. Price has gone up though.

I wasn’t sure what to expect at Cici’s; what could go wrong at an all you can eat pizza joint? For the price, not bad, you really get stuffed on pizza and dessert. The reason this place gets three stars is because the cashier charged us for a large drink when I asked for regular. Apparently they were out of regular sized cups so they bumped people to the large WITHOUT TELLING YOU. Luckily we caught it, but everyone else asking for regular just got charged for large. Seems a bit dishonest and sneaky to me.

I can't believe that people are saying such horrible comments. I go here all the time. They are always cleaning and were especially conscientious during the pandemic. And still are to this day. The owner/manager is very pleasant and the staff do an outstanding job. The pizza is really good, and as someone said I definitely enjoy the chicken noodle soup and the salad is satisfying for this type of buffet. And the desserts are a nice compliment for a bit of sweetness at the end of the meal. You will never find such an outstanding place to eat at such an outstanding price. Keep doing what you are doing CiCi's. We love it.
