Mixology Academy and Experiential Dinner at Mercadito

One of the best ongoing beverage events in Chicago, Mercadito’s Mixology Academy is back for more on June 17, followed by an experiential dinner two days later. Appetizers will also be provided and the cost to attend is $45 per person. Then two days later, Mercadito is hosting another event, this time a four-course dinner on June 19. Hosted by executive chef Patricio Sandoval and special guest Paul Sauter of Diageo, the degustation will include pairings of Don Julio tequila pours. Dishes to savor include a guacamole trio, ceviche, tacos and tres leches. The dinner costs $75 per person.
