Wok n Fire - Burr Ridge

This place looks gorgeous, great for large groups, and has a good bar, but the food is very average. I can find the same quality at a ton of other places. Our food did take a while but we were in a large group, so when the food did arrive it was cold. The manager seemed really nice tho.

This place is so cool and relaxed. They have the absolute BEST Crab ragoon I have ever tasted. My fiance even liked it and he normally doesnt. The waitress was so nice to us !! Great place!!

An excellent restaurant. Perfect for quiet meetings. Delicious food and atmospheric decor give a sense of privacy to the accompaniment of atmospheric music. It is worth emphasizing the delightful and professional service.

I'm not impressed at all. For the price I paid I expected better. I ordered 3 rolls and lettuce wraps. I ordered online and after placing my order it said my order would be ready about 45 minutes out. I arrived in the 5 minute window of my pickup time. Hotel was across the street so approximately 3 minutes to get back to my hotel. First thing I noticed was all of my sushi was room temperature. None of my fish seemed chilled or fresh. If my order was ready ahead of schedule, why wouldn't they call me to let me know it's ready for pickup? At least they included wasabi, ginger and soy, BUT they did not provide me with cups to put my soy sauce in. Onto the lettuce wraps, they're decent. It came with some sort of sauce that I have never tasted before. It was way too overpowering and didn't seem to go with the wraps. Also they only included chopsticks so I'm not too sure how they expected me to load up my wraps. The lettuce was fresh and crispy so there's that. Overall I'm quite dissatisfied. We have better sushi cuisine back in the Lou.

Sushi was okay, but one of the rolls had bones. A lot of them. Discovered them on my second piece. I told the waitress and she apologized, but offered no replacement or bill credit. I had ordered the trio sampler and could not eat one third of it due to the bones. When the bill came, no credit or discount for the issue. After paying the bill only the credit card slip came back. Waitress utterly ignored me after that. I had to flag down another waitress after almost 20 minutes to get the itemized receipt back so I could submit the receipt to my company for reimbursement. I will not be going back.

Not a good experience, they changed the brand of calamari two times over the months, and the ahi tuna was a different type, very very mushy. Probably bringing in a cheaper brand. It's not like it use to be. That's my last time going there. Bring back the original seafood quality products and your business will pick back up.

Menu small more choices of alcohol then food. Sushi menu good but expensive. Bartender was our server. He was good but there was a host and another gentleman who could of helped make the bartenders life easier.

Love the food and saki. The host was adorable and the waiters and the managers were all helpful! We will definitely come back. The location was good too. Across the Street from the parking garage.
