William B's Steakhouse

I have never been more disappointed with my meal in my entire life. That sounds dramatic but real was very underwhelming We came to blue chip to celebrate our 4 year anniversary. We arrived on our anniversary date and went here shortly after checking in. We reserved a 9 pm table and that was totally unneeded as there was only 2 other tables at that time The bread look a lot like hamburger buns but aren't to bad but nothing crazy either We ordered a Cesar salad to start large enough to share but more dressing than lettuce much less croutons and cheese I ordered a ribeye medium and she ordered a filet mignon butterfly and well done. Mine came back medium rare hers came back rare. I kept mine as it was close enough we sent hers back and it came back medium. We were ready to just call it at that point as we dont like being "those people" but the waitress refused to let us keep it and instead she tale it back. The 3rd time it did come back well but by this time I was nearly done and she was full on our sides (gronton potatoes and asparagus both large enough to share and ok) even the temperature aside the quality is just lacking Applebee's has better cuts Dinner for 2 with drinks will run you about 250-300 +tip. If you want a good cut of stake and can afford a 300 meal take the 30 min trip to hard rock and eat at there's definitely worth the drive The waitress we had was very nice though Thankfully we didn't let this experience ruins our anniversary and we made up for it with other place we went and just the time together but I'd hate for a couple that can only go out once or twice a year by themselves and run into something like this

I hoped that you couldn't wrong with a meal at a steak house, but I was proven wrong by William B's. First, the server was herself a little hard to digest....

Sally should not be a server. Unhappy, condescending (3 times) and never checked on us. I should've asked for a different server after the 2nd incident. I've never even thought of doing that anywhere, ever. The only time she was almost decent was when she brought the check and still couldn't smile. The busboy was the highlight of our dinner. As far as the food, I had to send back my prime rib that was well done not medium and the flavor just wasn't there. Very disappointed.

Was highly disappointed with our dining experience for all the hype about this place. First and foremost our waitress was very condensending and rude was like a bother for her to help in anyway our food was not correct to begin with and never once smiled during our dining experience or when the food was not right and we asked to have the prime rib sent back did she even acknowledge sorry how can fix this mistake absolutely no manners. Food was average at best was highly disappointed for upscale dining restaurant I have had better service at chain steakhouses. Would I recommend this to others absolutely not!!! Maybe was a bad night their but obviously should have it down to a superb dining experience all the way around. Our waitress was Sally and actually spoke with restaurant manager to complain at how poor of an experience it was.

Let's start off by saying the service is great! The bread was soft and they give you 3 different spreads for your bread (cheese, butter, garlic butter) YUM. The drinks were a fair price and fantastic. That's where the good all ends. The Caesar Salads dressing was way too mayo-y and the parmasean crisp on top was as hard as a rock. The anchovies needed to be dipped in lemon to cut the salt. Speaking of salt, my main meal the chicken Oscar had absolutely none of it. No seasoning at all actually. It was so so bad. My fiances steak she ordered Medium and it came out mooing rare. The sides suffered the same fate as we got the potatoes NO SALT. Guess what..we went to grab the salt shaker to add salt our selves. You guessed it! No salt. The Manger or owner came up and asked us how the food was. I told him "you guys must be having a salt shortage" and went on to explain everything that was wrong. He then told me he is COOL with the chef and he will let him know. This means nothing was said to him I'm sure. We got no discounts or offer of any kind to resolve the issue. Luckily this meal was comped by the Casino. Avoid at all cost unless going to a drink and some bread!

Food was good. I would return. The calamari and shrimp was ok. Mushrooms were good. Carrot cake was very good. My filet mignon and lobster was great. Husband enjoyed his steak. Lobster mac n cheese was good. Sweet potato was good.. Servers were attentive. Great ambiance.

Really good prime rib. The samon my wife ordered wasnt cooked enough for her liking but was still ok. Stuffed mushrooms were delicious definitely dont get enough with an order though. Calamari had really good flavor and the strawberry cheesecake was really good that i took home with me. Staff was super friendly and prompt if anything was needed

I ordered my filet mignon very well done. It was prepared perfectly. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding.
