It just so happened we had the same waitress last two times we went and she remembered our dietary guidelines and made wonderful suggestions. We went at the end of her shift and she conveyed all of our preferences to the next waitress. It showed she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. What's not to love here? The sweet corn tamale cakes are to die for as is the caramel macchiato! That was a pleasant surprise! Next goal is weekend brunch.

Food mediocre, overpriced for what I got. I ordered the Chicken & Broccoli pasta and got chicken and broccoli shavings. Management could've handled our seating arrangement a little more professional but the server was super awesome. He definitely worked hard to make us happy and comfortable. The cocktails were really good tho.... Since I wasn't really happy, I didn't even bother trying the cheesecake which was the real reason we went 😫😔😩 maybe I'll go back, just for cheesecake

We start with bread. Amazingly good. We even asked for second set. Next are the entries. I can only speak for myself. I ordered shrimps scampi and steak diane combo. Shrimps were perfect, and steak was medium rare. Just the way I liked it. It was worth the wait. Compliments to the chef.

Ordered food for take out. Waited 10 minutes past the estimated time frame. We never got a text for pickup. We walked inside to ask for our food, the lady at the counter verified our name and said this is the bag. It was on the counter just sitting there. We asked why we did not get a text and they ignored us. Starred at us with a blank face. We get home to find out they didn’t put our entire order in the bag. It was only the cheesecake. We called them and they transferred us 3 times. Finally got a hold of Paul and he gave us a few options. He was cordial and listening to our complaint, however we didn’t like options cheesecake had to offer for our trouble. Paul was great but Cheesecake Factory needs to do better. OH story gets better…we picked up our ‘correct’ order only to find out they didn’t substitute the chicken for shrimp. One of the worst pick experiences.

Arrived at 4:35 on May 1st, at the Westfield Old Orchard mall. The female server was not friendly and was confrontational from the start! She arrived at the table at 4:50. We placed an order from the lunch menu. Was told we couldn't. Pointed to the menu showing we could for lunch ended at 5pm Ordered Margherita pizza with a side salad Broccoli and chicken pasta Asked if the salad could come before the pizza. Response, you do get a salad. Repeated the statement again. Got the same response. Not once was checked on. Saw server look at us across the room. Pasta came to us cold and got the wrong and a wilted salad without dressing! Sent pasta back. Got it back in 10 minutes! Was it microwaved?!?! Ate the hard overcooked pastas anyway because I was hungry and had not eaten all day! Asked for the manager. Explained everything we experienced. All he could say was sorry and offer a free cheesecake, which was not our intentions in the first place! The female server came over 10 minutes later asking if we needed anything else. Seriously?!? Got the check. Paid it and even gave her a tip because of trying times. Anyway, as we were leaving, not a word was said from the female server. No come back again, thank you, kiss my butt, NOTHING! Never again with the, Cheesecake Factory. Left a bad taste in our mouths!

So, I heard The Cheesecake Factory is primarily known for cheesecake, but since we went there for dinner, the guy recommended cauliflower tacos and cauliflower Korean fry. We ordered cauliflower tacos and a veggie burger for the main course, and it was fresh, quick, and supperrrrlyyyy delicious🤩🤩😋😋, Passion fruit mint fizz we ordered for the drinks, and it was sooo good, and we finished with raspberry lemon cheesecake that was sweet and little tangy s😍😋😍 delicious and soft even the crust was also so soft. It is 100% worth your money.

The Cheesecake Factory is very excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I appreciate how much hard work they put into making service great. Food is great and the managers do a great job running the place and making sure the experience is top class!! 10/10 thank you Cheesecake Factory.
