Nineteen of some of Chicago's most notable culinary artists have been tapped to participate in the Time Out Market, located in Fulton Market, with permanent stalls.
From Thai Dang's pan-Asian entry to an all-American focus from Duck Inn's Kevin Hickey, the offerings at this top-tier food hall clearly have something for everyone.
Visitors to the 50,000-square-foot space will also get to enjoy a host of experiential dining features, seminars by award-winning chef Erick Williams, Polynesian-inspired cocktails by Paul McGee (in a hidden section on the second floor) and more. During warmer months, guests can head to the spacious rooftop bar, which is also communal in seating.
There are additional Time Out Markets in Montréal, Miami, Boston and New York, plus more scheduled to come in the next few years. Time Out Market Chicago is cashless.
