There are four distinct spaces in this red-hot destination that's considered one of the most beautiful spaces to open in 2017. There's a small bar area complete with plush barstools for guests to comfortably dine and drink. Diners waiting for a table may order cocktails in the parlor, which is right off the host stand.
An open dining room dominates the space, showcasing the spectacular design in all its glory. A private dining room behind the main dining room and kitchen rounds out the space.
While the menu is contemporary American, it is also inventive with ingredients. For example, one of the highlights of the charred Atlantic mackerel is toasted hazelnut milk. Veal sweetbreads are glazed with molasses butter. And the signature oyster pie consists of a savory oyster custard topped with Osetra caviar, a touch of crème fraîche, and green apple dressed with lemon and dill.
