T.G.I. Friday's - Streeterville

Came here on my birthday and asked my server (jay) for a shot of the well tequila. He didn’t know what that is. So then I said can I get a shot of the “house” tequila. He still didn’t know what it is. I asked him to go get the bartender (he said her name is Mercedes) she never came to the table. I asked to speak to a manager. 20 minutes later I’m still sitting at my table waiting for some type of service. Really disappointing. Won’t come here ever again.

The wife and I got into town late on a Sunday. We felt bad since we showed up fairly close to closing time, but really only wanted a quick drink. They accommodated us anyways. Matt at the bar was super friendly, assured us that it was not problem, and even got a sampler platter put in for us. Food was great -- just what we needed, and came out quick. Matt was awesome and the drinks were great 👍. Would definitely return.

Is this Friday's or is this a day on the calendar that does not exist. I ordered the traditional wings and they were so dry i thought they were going to crack. I used to love Fridays but you need to hire real cooks and stop serving people junk. I am very disappointed. I will not return😡

I been eating here for a couple years every now & then. Their food is very good & reasonably priced. They upgrade their menu occasionally but they're very consistent. Rarely had any problems at this location

I came to this restaurant on Friday with certain expectations of it being an international chain. My friend and I ordered the Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta, ever since we have gotten food poisoning and been all around the place. I normally do not eat shrimp everywhere but I expected a chain like this to maintain their product quality. Highly disappointed to be paying this price and being unwell for 2 days !

The food was sorry. The chicken bacon sandwich I got was small and the chicken was unseasoned. The fries were lukewarm. My sisters utensils were dirty. The waitress told us that sometimes they don't check the utensils and just roll them up and if they are dirty they wipe them off (like with what?!) The waitress was nice. And the coke was funny tasting. I will never come back. I don't know how everyone around us were grubbing like they were. The two stars are honestly because the waitress was ok.

Had a fabulous time here. The food was nice and hot and amazing. The ribs were fall off the bone good. We were so filled we couldn’t finish all that food. The new cocktail Alabama something (forgot the name) was amazing. Can’t wait to come back had a very satisfactory delicious couple of meals and can’t wait to try something else off their menu. This was there second day being back open since Covid 19 so we hung out while my Aunt was at the doctor. We were patient and appreciative because they have always been kind to us and served us with excellence. We spent a lot of days there when my dad was a patient at Northwestern hospital.
