Supperland - Charlotte
It doesn't feel like a steakhouse. It doesn't feel very Southern either. Supperland feels more like a new American experience with some vintage accents throughout the space. That's notable in the restaurant's red brick exterior as well as reclaimed tiles that set off the stunning bar.
Guests will find that Supperland offers that notorious Southern hospitality they've come to expect below the Mason-Dixon line. That'll find it in the three distinct spaces that make up the establishment, the main dining room, bar, and reservations-only speakeasy lounge. Also important to note is the towering 14-foot fire grill the kitchen uses to cook with hickory and oak.
They team up with more than 200 local farmers for a seasonal menu. Highlights include an 18-ounce prime ribeye, wagyu pot roast, and 2-pound grilled lobster with miso-drawn butter and grilled lemon.
