We went to Sullivan's as part of a family group celebration. It has been a few years since I've been there, and this experience was a complete disappointment, from beginning to end. It was a completely different restaurant from what I remembered. It no longer fits into the "fine dining" category of restaurants. Pros: great shrimp and lobster bisque soup, bread with the black salt butter, a couple steaks looked to be cooked well, good creamed spinach. Cons: Poor reception from hostess. We arrived early and told brusquely we had to wait until half of our party was there before we could be seated at a reserved table! We were being rushed to order "apps" before we got settled and had ordered drinks. Time to receive drinks and to give entree orders was excessive. One steak had to be sent back, it was ordered medium rare and came out cooked through and through with no pink at all. It took a bit for the server to come back and check in with us, so the new steak was received at the end of the meal. An $11 side of asparagus consisted of 6 small spears of asparagus, hardly enough for one person. It took over 30 minutes for our coffee and dessert order to arrive! The coffee was lukewarm. We took our dessert to go, as we had been there for 3 hours already. Final bill included charges for 11 (!) desserts! Should have been 2. Took a couple of tries get that sorted out. Overall, the food was not outstanding and the service, although friendly enough, was inconsistent, unpolished and rough around the edges and not what I would expect an experience to be at Sullivans, especially given the prices and the reputation. We were disappointed and won't return.

I went here during queens feast and my visit was just ok. I ordered the new York strip that was cut like a filet mignon. The steak got sent back twice due to it being rare. I was not satisfied with that. The waitress I had was very kind and she immediately did everything she could to rectify the situation. I appreciate her going about and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The lobster and shrimp bisque I did not like so much. I knew there wouldn't be a lot of meat but it could've been more. The cheesecake is good. I didn't take a picture of the steak buy the time I got it a 3rd time it was so charred on the outside but it still had flavor

This place never disappoints. I enjoyed good food and good music last night. We had an awesome waitress name Jenelle! She took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed in a timely fashion. I’m not sure of the name of the band last night but they were really good. Even down to the valet was very friendly and quickly brought the car around. Can’t wait for the next visit!

I made a reservation at 10 o’clock which was listed online as available. We got here and they say they are about to close, which is understandable but I’m also confused as to why there is a reservation listed online for 10 o’clock if they close at 10 o’clock. We sit down our server is nowhere to be found for 15 minutes. We finally find her she rushes us to order dinner and drinks, and we do. 10 minutes later we are ready for a second round, and we have to find another server to help us place another round of drinks. She states that the bar is closed. We asked if you could speak with our server. Our server said the bar had already closed in the kitchen as well. We were confused as to why she did not mention there was a last call. And as to why 10 minutes after we had originally sat down that there was last call. I said why would there be a reservation available for 10 o’clock if you were not ready to commit to full service. We stated we wanted to have the same dining experience as someone else who got here at a different time. As we had a reservation. They were unable to accommodate us and somebody sent over a “Manager “who did not properly introduce herself or even state if she was a manager or not. She said is there an issue? We Explain to her what was stated above and she said there’s nothing I can do about it and that there was a system error as to why there was a reservation available at 10. The food was all very below average. And even some items came out cold. Overall very unpresentable experience and disappointing. Will not be coming back

We dine at this location Friday and Saturday night, service was A+. We pride ourselves in fine dining experiences!!! I have to say this staff is top tier!! In all my past dining experiences their staff will be hard to beat!! I dont believe they could be top!! If I could give them more stars it would definitely be over 5 stars. Please visit you will not be disappointed!!
