Ruth's Chris Steakhouse La Cantera Terrace

Wow! Great experience overall. The staff was great. Yes the food is a bit pricey and one could argue it is slightly overpriced. However, the service is not comparable. Justin really made our evening great. He was knowledgeable about all items on the menu. My water never once went below 3/4. Suggested wine pairing was phenomenal.

Me and my boyfriend went to eat last night, we didn’t have a reservation but they said the bar top was full service so we sat there, not only did our server give us water then ignore us, but then never came back to check on anything, he offered us bread and then never came back & couldn’t even let us know if bread was on the way or any updates, a new bar help (who was the most sincere out of everyone) was kind enough to let us know bread would be a wait then brought it to us after, two couples and a single person who sat down after us we’re immediately greeted and given everything they needed to start the meal within minutes, only after my boyfriend ordered the tomahawk steak did the bartender actually start serving us. My boyfriend was very nice about everything and still tipped the server %20 on our $400 tab, I definitely would’ve left him less, we’ve been there before and our server was amazing so we will actually be booking a reservation next time but I guess if you don’t “look” like your gonna spend money don’t sit at the bar top, very disappointed in the service over all but the food was still good.

I have to highlight the Top Notch service that myself and my family have received at your La Cantera location for quite some time now. From the staff remembering our names to the General Manager Ashley who is always super attentive to us each and every time . i can tell she has cultivated a great team culture there and it shows. Thank you for always delivering great service and making us feel like a part of the Ruth Chris Family . 👏👏👏

Our waitress was amazing. The table was set up with confetti for the birthday celebration. The complementary birthday dessert was a plus. However our main Food was lacking flavor. I think a well prepared steak never requires A1 sauces I was a disappointed requesting A1 sauce.

Celebrated our wedding anniversary with dinner here and it was amazing. Rogelio and Justin touched base with us throughout dinner and my water glass never went below half full. The food was absolutely delicious! Even while full we ordered cheesecake for dessert and it was the best we've had. Definitely recommend!

We went for a dinner celebration for our son and we had an amazing time! They greeted us at the door with smiles, ask if we are celebrating an occasion and the decorated the table! All the small details are important!!! We went on Monday 6.6.22, shout out the the staff! Thank you for making that night amazing! Food was delicious and the wine was amazing!!!

My family & I love this Ruth’s Chris at La Cantera. My mom & I dined here for lunch yesterday and our server, Patricia, was excellent. The host staff was friendly upon arrival the hostess Stephanie greeted us with a huge smile. The manager, Ashley, ensured our experience was top tier. 5 star experience always!

Simply Outstanding. The staff opened up a new room to accommodate my party of 10 on Mother's Day no less, and turned our disorganized family get together to a wonderful experience that made my Mom feel EXTREMELY special.
