Always a great experience at Ruth's Chris! Friendly servers and management with delicious food! I was bummed that they were out of their lobster bisque but they did introduce a gumbo that was pretty good. You can't beat the filets! Absolutely delicious!

Everything was wonderful. Sabrina Was an excellent waitress. Very attentive and funny. It was our anniversary. They put rose petals on our table. Beautiful setting in an equally beautiful hotel. Following our our dinner, we were brought two delicious, mini creme brûlée bowls. It was the perfect size.

I got the pleasure to go here last night for a date night and everything was over my expectations! Starting with the host Michael so sweet and professional our server was Sasha she suggested practically our whole order and we loved every bit of it! I must say the desserts unfortunately I didn’t get any pictures it was the highlight of my night!!! Carrot cake and the cheese cake was mind blowing!!!!

We so wanted this to be an amazing wedding anniversary dinner during an out of town weekend, but sadly it just didn't measure up to our expectations. We are both foodies, so our expectations are high, but we also know Ruth's Chris holds quality in high regard. First, we had a reservation and were seated in a dark bar booth with a wonky TV hanging in a larger hole in the wall and a fake candle that kept going out, and where our view was bar traffic to the soothing sounds of someone whistling like they were calling a cab and a loudly cackling woman flirting with nearby men.We both ordered steak with lobster or shrimp. The seafood was decently good (be prepared for butter for days with the lobster). We both ordered our steaks medium, and his arrived a little shy of medium...but mine was clearly rare. My sweet husband insisted I take his and he sent mine back to be cooked further for him to eat. After some time, it arrived back slightly more cooked but still not at a medium doneness. Because the wait was pretty long, by the time it returned, he wasn't even hungry enough to finish it. I know our waiter and management were concerned, and we were very polite the entire time, but honestly when so much was said about it with three different people coming by to make sure we were OK, we felt very uncomfortable about asking second time for it to be cooked to the right temperature. All this to say, I'm sure this restaurant hits a home run most of the time. We were just really disappointed by our experience, particularly when spending more than $100 per person with tip. They did give us a boxed dessert to take with us, so I suppose we should be satisfied. Oh, and it does bear mentioning that the whiskey basil smash cocktails were spot on. 😏

Tonight's dinner was delicious. All of our steaks came out exactly as ordered. Jamele took great care of us and had great recommendations for food and drinks. He definitely helped elevate our experience.

Not a review on the food we all know it is good...orderd $280 of food to go, not allowed to sit at the bar and wait for my food because i am in black yoga...

I don't want to criticize a great restaurant at all. However I do like giving any review room for improvement where possible. This restaurant caters to the American pallet by means of using butter in everything. The meal was tasty but the theme was butter and not steak. A little warning for those watching their budget: I was by myself and spent well over $100 for a steak and two drinks. But this was still a great meal, so four stars!... Edit: When writing this review, it had been awhile since I had a steak. I've been to a couple "cheap" steak houses recently. At one restaurant, I spent around $20 for the meal. The steak was much better than Ruth's. And it wasn't drenched in butter to hide the flavor either. I felt it was only fair to update this review. Due to the high price and low quality meat, I'm modifying this review to one star.
