Usually the calamari is spot on - flavorful, with a crisp coating covering tender pieces of calamari. Perhaps rock bottom changed suppliers because this time the calamari was pretty much tasteless. The marinara sauce looked like it had a dash of horseradish in it - couldn't really taste it. The Umami burger was good but the wilted greens it rested made it visually unappealing. Service was good.

As usual rock-bottom is consistent when it comes to the beer and nachos . Why am reviewing them today? The service . It's 4th of July they have a bartender a server 2 cooks and the manager and over 20 tables with guests . During the lunch hour. Between the server and the manager not one table did without. Corporate should see the gems they have with these two workers who still manage to smile and provide amazing service even when you can see they needed more staff.

A little getaway we took to celebrate in Orland Park. Since we've been on a brewery kick lately, we stopped by this place. The beers that they have on tap, brewed in house.. Awesomeness, We had no wait on a Sunday evening and decided to sit at the bar. The bartender (if you go ask for Brad the bartender by name 😁) Was friendly, knowledgeable about his product and genuinely enjoyed what he does.. that makes the experience all the better. For Dinner we ordered the steak and fries, and the chicken carbanara. (I probably misspelled that) My thanks to the chef as well.. for the 8 pounds I believe I gained because not a bite of anything was left.. it was just THAT good. The steak was juicy..seasoned very well, and was like using a steak knife to cut through a warm stick of butter. The chicken was tender and getting a fork full of the creamy pasta with it was delightful, so much so.. better keep that napkin next to you for appearance sake 😉. Overall a great time. Thanks again especially to Brad. We'll definitely be back.

For a first time experience my 1 star rating is sufficient. The service from the greeter at the door to the multi tasking host/bartender, the service sucked. Typical bar food over priced!!! The grilled chicken sandwich was a joke (I rather had Popeyes chicken sandwich. The wings and fries my husband and daughter had were not cooked to order and dry. You want refills on soda was the best thing going when it came to checking up on your patrons. We would of had better service at Burger King(have it your way). ROCK BOTTOM TWO THUMBS DOWN ON POOR SERVICE AND FOOD

Stopped in for appetizers & drinks. Nice beer selection and I enjoyed the Blueberry Lemonade cocktail. Nachos and pretzel bites were delicious!! However, the "Mac and cheese" was very disappointing. Noodles in a watered down Alfredo sauce is NOT Mac and cheese... Alas, we will return as the dinner selection looked promising

ROCK BOTTOM Restaurant & Brewery of Orland Park, IL has been a good & enjoyable experience each visit. They have a very good selection of liquor, fine wines & beers. You can sit at the bar for lunch & or dinner should you care. The seating is plentiful & food very good. My favorite is the “veggie burger” with its spicy sauce. This place is clean, a great gathering space for lunch or date night. The staff works hard & delivers great service. ROCK BOTTOM has earned its place among other fine restaurants in the Orland Park area. It has had a long-standing presence in our community which surely says a lot. Restaurants come & go around here but RB has proven its goodness not short lived.

Used to be a great place to come for food and beers but lately both have not been that great. The last three times we have been here the food has been tasteless with a lot of items taken off the menu. The beers have been the same for a while. Almost seems like they are going to close. I will say that the service was good! Two stars for poor food variety and quality
