Red Lion Pub - Chicago
The building that housed the original Red Lion Pub opened in 1882, and was torn down in 2013. Owner Colin Cordwell describes the latest iteration as offering a "lived-in British pub feel," but you'll find it to be quite contemporary.
Dark wood, British paraphernalia, three fireplaces and several libraries add to its distinguished appeal. Of course, re-imagined pub grub and pints of craft beers should round out the experience.
