Fried rice tasted like burnt oil. We got a basil fried rice and a curry fried rice. the curry fried rice wasn’t flavorful, it was quite bland. Other dishes ordered at our table included pad see ewe and pad Thai. 2 ppl needed vegan options and the waiter seemed to be knowledgeable about what was vegan on the menu. [(Apparently, there are no vegan curries here- they all contain some sort of fish or oyster sauce. So we got fried rices- no egg add tofu; and for starters we got egg rolls that the waiter said were actually vegan, as well as an order of tempura veggies because their batter for the tempura is also egg free.)] One person seemed to enjoy their pad Thai alot, while the rest of us thought ours were just “okay”. Also My sister said bathrooms were filthy, she said worse than a concert portopotty. The atmosphere did seem intimate and chill with low lighting and string lights, but food is was underwhelming. The service was very good, waiter attentive, filled waters often. But for the food aspect, I don’t recommend this place.
