This location Looks closed. Was there on a Sunday at noon. Door was locked and no sign.

I am just so proud every bite I had out that chili bowl warmed my heart ❤️. Farm house salad with balsamic dressing AMAZINNGGG. Don’t let me forgot that chocolate brownie cookie I just couldn’t stop eating it - time to hit the gym. I may say Customer a little iffy workers didn’t knoe about the items or products. Overall Shìt was FIREEEE!!!!

Placed my order hours ahead. Called to check status due to delivery was not received at time frame. On hold for 15 min to notify order was misfiled. Called back 20 min later to check on status, they had to route delivery with door dash. Unable to get updated on delivery. Almost one hour later from original delivery time and no food received.

Terrible customer service. I would give zero stars to this location, if possible. I called ahead with my order and was told it was an inconvenience for me to call in my order and I should place it online even though they offer call ahead. I arrived and the store was empty and paid for my order (they had trouble processing credit cards over the phone). I then sat and waited for my order. While waiting multiple new customers got in line and were moved through and checked out while my sandwich sat at the end of the toaster getting cold. Atrocious. I live in the neighborhood but will go to Lincoln Ave location from now on - never had any of these issues there.
