🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Cozy, beautiful, romantic and elegant place. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. They have heater outside too. Wonderful service with choice of drinks, cocktails, beer selection. Beautiful food presentation. Highly recommend to make reservations for later in the day dining.

Visiting Chicago and came across this restaurant. I wanted a nice cocktail served in a glass not a plastic cup. This place made it happen. Delicious Aperol Spritz and Whiskey sour enjoyed with the Buffalo cauliflower and calamari, perfect afternoon cocktail and snacks. Service was great. Beautiful outdoor patio where we enjoyed our drinks and apps.

Super cool atmosphere, awesome outdoor dining by the slip, great happy hour and awesome steak deal on Tues!! Our waitress didn’t seem overly excited to be working (and brought us the wrong beers and forgot to split the checks and seemed frustrated to do it at the end) but she had a long walk to serve us plus gave us drinks from the table next to us that ordered and left - so that more than made up for it :). Great place!!

We enjoyed the patio this afternoon with delicious food, but better than the food and beverage was the GM Matthew. He went out of his way to ensure we had what we needed for our party along with suggestions to meet our groups needs. We had a pleasure enjoying our afternoon at Pinstripes Chicago and highly recommend this for larger groups.

Such a good experience! This was my first time having brunch here. My friend mentioned that the options have been more limited since COVID but I suppose that's to be expected. The service was great, food was delicious and options were not excessive but enough. Favorite had to be the waffles - had to try one of each and the winner would probably be the blueberry ricotta but all of them were delicious! And who can say no to bottomless mimosas?! Had the grapefruit mimosa and it was the perfect addition to my meal 😊 Would definitely recommend and go again.

Bottom line: They Never Say No And... there are promos, e-mail deals, Happy Hours, weekend brunch, and lots of wonderfully priced specials. Pinstripes' customer service philosophy and the staff's execution is a throw back to a time long past. Never, ever has any restaurant been so consistently accommodating at this price point. Believe me, I've asked.. and asked, and asked. Been coming to the Illinois Street Pinstripes for years and the answers have always been the same... "Sure. Okay. No problem. Give it to them." The generosity of the management team knows no bounds, and if any challenges may arise, they fix errors FAST. Hint, hint... Ask about the Blue Wrist Bands.2
