We like a lot hanging out. Yesterday we visited this superb place which we didn’t know before. We spent a lovely experience there with first-rate meal and an efficient team and a professional chef. We put this venue in our list and we will surely visit again very soon. We warmly recommend.

This place is certainly one of the best restaurants in the neighborhood. Always when I come there I am extremely glad. They keep their very high standard service and the topmost level of dishes they offer. You are always happy with this restaurant. Very recommended.

Last night, we showed up for the 6:00 dinner reservations my wife had made through Open Table to celebrate her birthday. The restaurant was closed and dark. No-one answered the phone (Not even voicemail) or our knocking. Very, very disappointed. This establishment used to be one of our favorites, but it seems to be taking a nosedive into obscurity.

Great food. Mushroom julienne was served in three portions of breaded baskets that were larger than I expected and tasted excellent. Crepes with red caviar tasted good; caviar was fresh and there was plenty of it. Beef stroganoff did not disappoint either. The waiter did not give us our menus for a while but later admitted that it was his first day. Other than that beginning hiccup, he was very friendly, prompt and courteous. Will come back at the next opportunity.

Not sure what restaurant these other reviewers visited but it certainly wasn't this one. We were the only customers in the place and it was soon obvious why.
-appetizer (European ravioli) had no flavor
-long Island iced tea came out a sickly shade of green
-subsequent order of two vodka cranberries (brought out by our server who seemed to either have had 5 too many cups of coffee or had been playing in the snow with her nose) came out with a glass of vodka lightly tinged pink and side glasses of cranberry. She laughed nervously and said "you figure it out" while almost spilling it all over the table
- $30 steak came out cooked well done.
- same tweaky server waited until our food was served to tell my friend that they were out of his side dish
- seafood linguini came out with the wrong sauce and the worst mussels in existence. Have literally eaten microwave mussels with better flavor.

I cannot tell you when I have tasted food so good. The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. We went on a Tuesday and had the whole restaurant to ourselves. We were treated like royalty!! My rack of lamb chops was delightful!!! My husbands skirt steak was delicious and our guests each had the filet mignon and raved about it. The only disappointment was the creme brulee could have been a little more crisp on top. The Napoleon was great.
