Owner/chef Bob Monti, and business partner Nick Russo, has created a menu that's simply Italian, yet most items are made from scratch.
Heartier appetizers require indulging in one of the house-made pastas as well as a thin-crust Neapolitan-style pizzas. Highlights range from ravioli Emiliani (prosciutto, mortadella, pork, ricotta and parmesan filling in saffron sage butter sauce) to classic Margherita.
