Nice staff. Sandwiches good size. About 1/4 of a pickle though. Potato salad really good. Soft salami good. Corned beef was not very good. Next time I'll go to Kaufman's for takeout. Atmosphere for eating in is very good. Can't get over bad corned beef however

Amazing Food! Man, what doesn't the menu have? My husband and I quick decided to stop in for breakfast and ended up really looking over the menu, eating a ton!, and stopping at their little shop to spend another 40 dollars on a brownie, home made pot pie, loaf of rye bread, and some cookies. Stop in. Your wallet and tummy will thank you.

Absolutely love this place. The food is amazing. Everything is homemade. Fresh bread, literally had the best pastrami sandwich. And they make their own pickles. Definitely give this place a chance. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.

You want to to escape reality for a little bit & go back to when you were younger enjoying your favorite comfort food's, well at Max's Deli that becomes your reality. You can't go wrong with any dish on their menu. You don't have to stop there, before you leave bring more deliciousness home with you when you get goodies from the deli. Can't go wrong at Max's Deli 😉

The owner is a little wacky. He's screamed at older people waiting in the wrong line, and engages in conversation about Italian species vs Jewish appetites. I think he's harmless, just odd. However the good is great! Try their soups. Fantastic. Their club sandwich, with turkey bacon instead of pork, is a treat and a challenge to eat in one sitting. All their foods are the absolute highest quality, that's a real consideration. My favorite is a turkey pastrami Reuben, with the side of mashed potatoes and gravy. It just knocks me out. Max's Club sandwich (I get turkey bacon), but the sandwich is almost impossible to finish in one shot. Great to take some home to feast in later!
