This Lou Malnati’s has been in this location for a very long time. On top of being a good pizza joint, it is a fun place to visit if you like sports memorabilia. Lots of Cubs and Bears items in different rooms and many are quite impressive. Service is a bit slow (guessing due to worker shortage) but quality of food is still solid.

Being a former local and now living out of state, I never miss the opportunity to pick up a pizza at Lou's when I'm in town. I've never been disappointed and wasn't this time either. My small deep dish pizza was ready in 30 minutes when I arrived for pickup and pre-sliced as asked. It tasted great for dinner and was even better for breakfast the next day. Thanks!

This is an amazing restaurant! The service is excellent. They have kept their value over the years even though the company has branched out all over the country. The food is exceptional and the staff is stellar. Great place to visit if you are a tourist or a local. I can't give this place enough stars. You have to go just for the experience!

The star is for the only good thing about this location, the waitress. She was very good & she had to wait on all of the tables while the other employees...

Been to Chicago many times and never had deep dish pizza. Glad I got the tip it takes a half hour to bake. Very good! I actually thought it tasted even...

Very good pizza's. The Chicago deep dish was delicious with pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, green peppers and onions. The thin crust was very good also with just pepperoni. We had a great evening at Lou's our first visit.

Everything was super yummy and our server was so friendly. I'll definitely be back! The bruschetta was perfect and the deep dish was ooey gooey perfections....

stopped in for lunch special ,wife had deep dish sausage pizza , sausage was lean compared to other places which is good on old tummies. i had thin crust chicken pizza which i enjoyed, chicken not dried out from overcooking. staff was pleasant and efficient. Parking lot , ground floor i assume accessible , all person ? bathroom on first floor in bar area. Update during Covid we have been doing pick up at location Lincoln/Montrose , pizza’s are consistent, chicken wings most of the time not overcooked. Our regular place for pizza

First time we have ever been here and we were here to celebrate the life of our dear late cousin that worked for this company for over 15 years. This is what she wanted and it didn't disappoint. Thank you so much Lou Malnatis for showing the love and it was awesome. Can't go wrong with the food here. So filling
