Lou Malnati's Pizzeria - Lawndale

I've come to this specific location for 20 years. "The Lou" is my favorite. The service here is slow, so be patient. The food is very much worth the wait and the staff are so polite. There's community effort and history behind this specific Lou Malnati's, so it's always a pleasure to support it. I look forward to going back again, especially so I can sit on the mosaic bench in front & enjoy the sunset.

I Purchased A Med.Deep Dish Malnatis Pizza W/Mushroom & Butter Crust It Was Horribly Drrrryy & Hard No Butter Crust @ All.I Don't Understand What Went Wrong.I Would've Taken This Travesty Of A Pizza Back But I Didn't Have The Energy Or Time To Fight The Traffic To Take It Back.A Total Waste Of $30. "I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS RESTAURANT & I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN."BACK TO THE INN.

I really enjoy eating there. Nice staff. Joreen was my server and she was really nice and kind. Her hospitality was Outstanding 😊The wings and pizza was so good 😊

Best pizza chain in Chicago hands down. Crust and sausage are absolutely exquisite. The waitresses at this location add so much color and personality making this location a true experience to be had.

Today was 1st time ordering from this location. We ordered a deep dish for delivery, when we got it the box was wet. My husband asked delivery person why it was that way, dude just shrugged. Turns out all the ingredients had slid over to one side. 😪 I called as soon as I opened the box and someone named Louie answered and I told him the issue, he offered to send a replacement within an hr. I'm currently waiting and will update on flavor once we actually receive it 😊
