If you are looking to start your health journey this is the place to go. Their variety of ethical supplements, protein, protein bars, and energy drinks is amazing. The smoothie bar provides several options. The staff is nice and I often find myself browsing as if in a Target. Chicago Health is an insight of the LA healthy lifestyle with the Chicago charm.

This is one of my favorite ❤ health food shops in Chicago and it's incredibly convenient---just blocks away from where I live. This tiny privately owned grocery/health food store offers an array of body personal care products, incense, vitamins, liquid elixirs, teas, snacks, and a smoothie/juice bar. You can order food and grab a table indoors or outdoors during the summer season. Summer is obviously my favorite time to come here because everyone sits outside with a drink, food and their dog 🐕 making it a fun place to relax and socialize. I absolutely love the variety of incense, sage and palo santo bundles here. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and Maria will guide you with good advice on which teas and tinctures to pick from depending upon your health needs. Elvira who works at the register is also extremely sweet and will help you with anything you need. This little store is extremely clean and organized and they even sell homemade soup 🍲 by the gallon! Love this place--- always good vibes from start to finish 🌟

Your one stop shop for health and wellness products in Chicago! Not only do they have great fresh smoothies and sandwiches but they also carry all my other wellness needs like vitamins, sage, incense and other specialty groceries! So glad to have this place in my neighborhood. The staff was also incredibly nice and helpful, and gave my puppy a treat :)
