Seem like nice people but lost my order and wouldn’t help me so not going back. Not complicated make it easy and couldn’t do it

Took over 1 hour to get my order ready. Cause they couldn't find till they realized that the receipt was at the front counter. The lasy at front counter did not do anything and just went in the back and talked with her colleagues. Do not read the order, do not care about vegetarian diet. Messed up the order and can hear then blunty say who cares if I put beef in their order, they honeslty did. Did not even make the correct items and messed up. Dont think I would ever go to this TB again, and would ask ownership to look at their security cameras and see if they want the same staff or make big changes. Especially when you are not treated with respect, have to wait over an hour when the app says your order was ready and they mess up on purpose.

I was excited to check out the Taco Bell Cantina, which is the main “pride” of Taco Bell. It was really not too different than a regular Taco Bell in terms of quality or service. The staff was fine, but the food took about 10-12 minutes to come out, which is not what I am used to. My local Taco Bell takes about 5 minutes at peak times. It was slightly busy, but with a location in the West Loop, you would think management could plan for this. The food was good, not any different than a regular Taco Bell, but that’s fine. The beer dispenser was cool - they placed the cup on top and it filled from the bottom; however, $7 for a cup of beer is excessive. The atmosphere was very nice, and the place was kept very clean. I think it’s worth checking out once, but nothing too special.

So far the customer service is great but the place needs to be cleaned up. There's trash all over the front walkway. Edit: they don't even serve breakfast here dont bother coming here to a place where the employees are lazy and give you attitude when you're upset about false advertising. Waste of time. I'm not coming back

Its a Taco Bell with better seating and ambience.Nicer taco bell than the rest of them around Chicago.

Ordered from here several times. The orders are often wrong, the service is incredibly slow, and the staff is really impolite.

Soft shell supreme tacos are nearly empty of ingredients. Fries are not hot. Just made me feel why did we choose this. Spent 16 dollars for really terrible meal.

We ordered 7 crunchy tacos and the taco shells were completely stale and rancid. I have eaten Taco Bell at many other locations and it’s been fine. These were completely spoiled and rancid. Really gross.

By far best friendly staff at a location downtown and also best chalupa I’ve tasted. Super fresh and crunchy.
