Kayne Prime - Nashville
M Street Entertainment -- named in honor of Nashville's M Street neighborhood where all of this restaurant group's establishments are situated -- is behind Kayne Prime. Each of the group's restaurants offers a distinct concept, from the Mexican-influenced Moto Cucina + Enoteca to re-imagined Southern fare at Whiskey Kitchen.
Kayne Prime is positioned as a chef-driven steakhouse. There are market-driven, fresh, farm-to-table creations, an expansive wine program, and artistic craft libations. For those wanting a less formal experience, Kayne’s stylish space features numerous bar and lounges throughout the venue.
Starters are creative and great for sharing. Choose from duck tacos topped with whipped avocado and grape tomato salsa to wagyu tartare accompanied by a sous vide egg yolk and served with barbecue chips.
All steaks are cooked at 1,200 F and many are sourced from small farms across the country. For example, the filet is hand selected from Evans Farms in Birmingham, Alabama. Also, the wagyu ribeye is from Sakura Reserve in Ohio. Non-meat options include panko-crusted salmon, scallops, and roasted chicken.
