I called in my order on my lunch which was taken by Gabby. She was rude over the phone. At least I thought she was rude until I went to pick up my order, she was worse In- person. I waited patiently while she took over 10 minutes to take the order of the lady in front of me. When I got up to the counter I knew my fries were going to be cold. I paid for my order and checked them. Sure enough they were cold. I told her and she rudely said " Next time don't call you order in you come in and place it at the counter. You complained about cold fries before." I assured her this was the first time she was mistaken. She said " your going to have to wait." Then one of the cooks told her, she should take care of the orders that had been ready because the food was getting cold. She looked angrily at me and still didn't ask the cook to fix me more fries and grabbed a couple of plates and took them to the customers and then proceeded to call out names of other customers. Of course my chicken was going to be cold too. Finally, she asked for more fries. When I got to my vehicle the chicken was cold and I didn't have the energy to go back in and deal with her bad attitude and threw it out. I hope that she leaves that negative energy in 2021. One thing for sure, she killed my appetite and I doubt that I will be going back to Gus's overpriced, cold chicken and cold fries anytime soon.
