This place had just opened when I first moved to Glen Allen, the menu had just a little of everything. I’ve been a few times for drinks, happy hour, dine-in and takeout. I’ve always had wonderful service and great food! Happy hour portions on apps were a bit small but drinks didn’t disappoint 🍹 I love going when it’s less busy as it can get loud when it’s a full house. My fave is the tuna melt!!!

I'm the Rick referenced in the last review. The owner, Nader, has no respect for his staff. Curses and yells at them constantly. He treats his staff as less than human. He openly mocks his employees, degrades, and threatens them. He literally fired me because HE cussed ME out because he greeted a customer, in HIS OWN restaurant, and didn't like how I was looking at him as he was cussing me out. You will be reporting to a 14 and a 12 year old. They will be telling you you missed a spot when sweeping or mopping or buffing silverware or anything you do, you did it incorrectly. You will do so much side work, including cleaning bathrooms, and they do not appreciate that you're doing it for 2.13 an hour. There is literally every other place hiring right now. Go somewhere you'll be appreciated, or at the VERY minimum, somewhere you'll be respected. It won't be here.

My wife and I went last week. The bang bang ship and tacos were fabulous! Extremely tasty. The margaritas were quite delicious as well. It's a great family owned business! A staple in Tuckahoe.

Food was amazing and came out faster than a fast food restaurant. Outstanding service especially since I came in a large group. 100% trying this while in town, or even adding it into your weekly routine, as it has plenty of food and drink items to chose from.

Family owned and operated. Great service. Cool atmosphere. The employees were courteous, accommodating, and efficient. The food is excellent. The prices are reasonable. I Love this place!

Although the waiters & waitresses were nice, the food was definitely nothing to talk about (my chicken was tuff & dry) and they seemed to be understaffed. Sorry Bistro 804. Step your game up. I feel like a lot of the great reviews are community based.

This wonderful bistro was elegant, inviting and comfortable. It makes a great first date restaurant, but also great for a family. There is seating outside, but also a charmed interior. The food was delicious, my steak was Divine! Costumer service was top notch. Rick was our server and he was a master of hospitality. Please check out this hidden Gem.

It was the perfect place to meet a couple of friends for lunch after the funeral yesterday. The double-doored entryway prevents harsh drafts from entering the restaurant. The warm, muted tones of the multi-level restaurant (the bar area is cleverly separated to one side on raised floor), immediately reminded me of bistros I visited in Europe back in the early 1980s. My margarita was generous -- and perfect. My friend had an absolutely lovely salad with strawberries, her husband had an oyster platter and my husband had an oyster 'poor boy' -- which he raved about. That's unusual for him, but oysters are his favourite food -- being the son of a Chesapeake Bay waterman. They were perfect -- not rubbery at all and with a nice crunchy battered coating. I had my goto Caesar salad -- and it was perfect too, with real shaved parmesan. Prices were surprisingly affordable. Service was impeccable; well worth the tip. As I said -- perfect!

I ordered the 804 Club with fries. The sandwich is so thick I couldn't fit it all in one bite. The fries were cold and then I found a good sized black hair wrapped in between the meat on the first slice i started eating. They remade it and I got fresh and hit fries that time. They forgot I asked for no tomatoes or mayo, but that wasn't too big of a deal. I just removed the tomatoes and there basically was no mayo so I could deal.

Tried it for the first time today - it's getting hard to find a decent omelet on a Sunday morning, especially before 11AM. My only complaint is the breakfast potatoes were undercooked. Otherwise, everything was perfect with the food. And the bartender was awesome - she was one of those servers where you feel like you made a friend (this is the bartender who works only on Sundays). Prices were also very good. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning.
