Representing more than 65 family and co-op producers, the Great American Cheese Collection wholesales its impressive array of over 300 farmstead and artisan-made cheeses mainly to restaurants and specialty shops, but opens its warehouse to the public on selected Saturday mornings as well as occasional pop-up sales.
