Super rude staff. They clearly don’t like their jobs and are not friendly at all. Served coffee that wasn’t even lukewarm and when I complained they talked about me right as I was standing there. That’s the reason for the one star review.

Terrible service and terrible food. I almost left the lime, but I was starving and this was the only place not charging $15 for a sandwich. Got the Italian beef which was unflavored roast beef on a soggy roll with no condiments or vegetables - literally just beef and a roll, and not even good beef. Fries were unsalted and unflavored. No napkins, no condiments. Staff CLEARLY doesn't care. ( "What you got?" I tell them my order. "11.81." I pay, and as she hands me my change starts talking to the next person. No receipt, no thank you, no smiles from any of the staff.) Was tempted to go get a refund, but the line was about 30 people deep and I'd already waited 15+ minutes to get the food the first time with only about 8 people in front of me. If you don't care about customer service or flavor, this is the place for you.

Not too bad for amount of people in line, but if you expect an itemized receipt to get reimbursed that is not what you get. Had a Jumbo Char Dog Combo, fries were very good. Skin on the hot dog was a little tough. Attitude of staff could improve, a smile and a thank you is always nice. Also surprised that someone dishonest could order, receive their food and then either walk off or tell the Cashier something cheaper.
