Awful customer service for carry-out: I was quoted 35 min, I waited 60min. Paige didn't take my order correctly nor did she repeat what she punched in for my order over the phone. 6 people waiting on food to be done at the carry-out station. Sarah or whatever the blonde's name is at the carry-out station rolled her eyes and had attitude with other customers infront of everyone. No manager came to solve issues for carry-out customers. No one picked up the phone to be able to talk with a manager. Awful food: I ordered 6piece wings and was charged for 8, again Paige not equipped to take carry-out orders or lack of menu knowledge. My wings were stuck to the foil, rock hard and hurt to eat. No carrots or celery and no dipping sauce. The pizza was also rock hard and hurt to eat. Management has done nothing to compensate my food or time, because no one their cares to have returning customers. Poor management and ill-equipped workers.

Second time here. Nice atmosphere great people. Brussels sprouts app is amazing. And we had the pan pizza twice. First time was the jalapeño popper pizza. We love spicy. But the Peppers could have been cooked down a little and chopped up to spread the flavor around more. Second time was the old school Italian. Basically a combo beef and sausage with green peppers and giardiniera. Amazing. Great crust. LOTS of cheese and the sauce was spot on. And it came with au jus. Cute. Dessert. the four layer fudge cake was fresh and SO good. Drinks were really good. She had wine. I had bourbon. We Will def go back.

Moretti's pizza puts Quonset Hut, Mike's, Kaiser's, Mama K's, Rosati's and Bill's pizza all to shame. Moretti's has great pizza, certainly priced better than Bill's. Moretti's other menu choices are excellent too. Their ribs are delicious as is the Filet Mignon Trio. Warm up with one of their fine appetizers, try the crispy Brussels sprouts for one. Their prices are moderate and service is quite acceptable

The service and the food was excellent. Our waitress, Kathy did a great job of checking in on us and making recommendations. I definitely will eat here again.

Food was great something for everyone. Great drinks and variety of food choices. Servis was awful! We were a party of 7 I really was expecting stronger service. We ordered our drinks then Donna left to fill and return with the drinks. We then ordered our appetizers and she did not return until she brought our starters? Took about 15-20 minutes for the starters to come out. The starters finally made it to the table. We then request to drink refills and then placed our order at which point she did not return until the orders were full. Again, we requested drink refills and then requested a drink menu to get adult beverages. Just a very disappointing service experience. We arrived at about 4:15 on a Wednesday afternoon. If there were two other tables in the restaurant that the other server was attending to, we were the only table in her section. Felt like we were very ignored.

Twice in the past few days I ordered delivery from Moretti's in fox lake. The first time the pizza was delivered in a pile. I called and was taken care of right away and was offered either a new pizza or credit to my account. I took the credit. Two days later I ordered delivery and was told what the soup of the day was. I also ordered some pasta and a cheeseburger with American cheese and chips and dip. I received a call about 15 minutes later and was told the soup of the say was wrong and I did not want the correct soup. I was told I was not charged for this. Also I had to ask for the credit and had to wait on the phone for a manager. I was then hung up on. I had to call back to get the order completed. I finally get everything straight and was told that my order was ready and they were leaving shortly. About 25 minutes later the order was delivered. When I opened the order I saw that the cheeseburger did not have anything with it like lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. I then opened the chips and dip and no dip. I paid extra for the dip. I tried to call the manager and after waiting 15 minutes on hold I hung up and decided that I was not going to order from them again. I feel like the service is not worth my aggravation any more. Just wanted to let everyone know this.

Nose diving as a business! Last time I dined in at this place our group and table was attacked by flies. Manager apologized, said there was nothing they could do about it. He could have shown a sign of good faith, by comping drinks; that’s what good businesses do. Tonight I ordered a pizza for delivery. Just one pizza mind you. Over an hour and finally I had to call. Pizza had been sitting there on a shelf. Asked to speak to manage to let him know to cancel my order. This place has become a clownish version of Morretti’s. Scratched off the list for good!

Food was great. We shared meals and enjoyed a sample of everything. Appetizer coconut crusted onion rings, delicious. Wrap great, meatballs phenomenal, lasagna good. Saved the best for last filet medallion sandwiches. Unfortunately the waitress was not as good as the food. We asked her if they can cut the sandwich. Her response, we cant. It was 7:30pm at night on a Friday. We ordered dessert and asked for coffee. She said, they had coffee that she made it at 3pm. 😶 She didn't offer to make a fresh pot. The generous tip give was for the cooks.

Very fun atmosphere once the dance floor opens at 10:30pm, great bartenders, and current music w early some early 2000's hits (from my experience). Clean bathrooms!

Be careful if paying by card here, the sleazy bartenders will tip themselves on your behalf. Filed a dispute with my bank.
