Fairgrounds Coffee and Tea Bar - Chicago
Located right off the Six Corners at the heart of Wicker Park/Bucktown, Fairgrounds Coffee and Tea Bar promises a new way of drinking hot--and cold--non-alcoholic beverages in Chicago. This is the first location for this innovative concept and many more are planned throughout the country.
Under one roof, dozens of national and local craft coffee roasters like Dark Matter Coffee (Chicago), Stumptown Coffee Roasters (Portland, OR), Verve (Los Angeles), Colectivo Coffee (Milwaukee) and Irving Farm Coffee Roasters (New York) are spotlighted. Also great is that a selection of cold brews will be served on draft, and cutting edge technology will automate the pour over process for a more consistent cup every time.
Beyond coffee, Fairgrounds offers an inventive tea program in partnership with Rishi, with sparkling teas elixirs, specialty beverages and granitas, in addition to kombuchas and a variety of hot teas. Edibles range from breakfast bowls to hot and cold sandwiches.
Additional locations are planned for Los Angeles, Houston, Minneapolis and Miami.
