5 stars easy. Best tacos in Chicago. You only need 2, maybe 3 if you're hungry hungry. Rice, beans, and slaw all come on it. You need the fork. Pork with green sauce is outstanding. Real steak pieces not the chopped up little stuff. Same with the chicken. All seasoned very well.

Place was rustic Mexican decor. They had booths and regular tables and chairs. Staff were very friendly. Great Mexican food choices. Food was delicious and very reasonable priced.

Great prices for very tasty traditional Mexican food. And, as they make the tortillas right on site, they’re super fresh. Really glad I found this pilsen location!

The widely accepted home to the best tacos in Chicago. The tacos are bigger than you would expect so only order 1 or 2. Fresh baked tortilla will make you never want to eat tacos anywhere else. Friendly helpful staff and fair prices. A true Chicago gem

Make sure you call first to see that they didn't run out of food because I went on a Sunday exactly 6:20pm. Restaurant was open but we were turned away by their security guard, told that they're "closed". I called the restaurant from the parking lot and asked what time they close, the lady rudely said at 7pm that they ran out of meat and rice, then hung up! I drove to Pilsen all the way from the suburbs thinking I'd have enough time to order instead they closed 40 minutes early. We saw two other customers turned away after us. Not coming here again. Disappointed

Extremely good seasoned Mexican. Cuisine. They just do it right period Get the plates of food ... you will understand!!! ..... Enjoy!!!

I’ve been here a few times and I typically have either the steak burrito or a taco. The burrito is a hefty size but the steak meat is a little fatty. Also, they serve it in chucks, which is nice but difficult to chew. Given this, the steak parts should be chopped a little finer. Overall, I highly recommend El Milagro.
