The inimitable Boka Restaurant Group strikes again, this time with an 18th floor rooftop lounge in the Gold Coast. A first for the powerhouse group, the rooftop oasis is a chic bar with ample indoor and outdoor space, unparalleled views and even a sleek pool.
Cocktails are front and center, featuring a lineup of classic-inspired libations designed for al fresco sipping and quenching. These include a daiquiri made with black lime, a rosé cobbler with Campari and a Negroni with mezcal and tobacco bitters.
Food-wise, it's all about snacking and sharing up here. Lee Wolen curates an abbreviated menu with dishes like cauliflower hummus, beet tartare, tarte flambe and tuna poke.
