I don't usually share experiences if they were just acceptable. I think most people expect businesses to be at least that. This was one of those times. Food was fine, service was good, restaurant was clean. Nothing exceptional, but sometimes that's OK. If you filled your tummy and the price was fair; that's fine. I would recommend this place.
Whenever I order curbside service they are surprised each time that I actually do want them to bring it out to the curb... There is no parking spot for curbside service there is no way to notify them that you have arrived aside from calling them. It seems like an imposition on them to provide the service they have offered, that is curbside delivery. Food is fine though. And they're pretty good about following special instructions.
Shout out to Tina the server who is running a one man show serving, picking up spills and ringing up customers with a positive attitude. You go Tina! Regarding the diner, please hire more people! Your prices went up (charging $2.50 per egg!) And have less staff? That doesn't make people want to come back.
05/2022 Sorry but the website is unacceptable. Nothing works on their webstie using many different computers and browsers. There is no selection for toast, yet it says "You need to select toast to continue". The other items don't work either. The touch screen barely accepts any touches, and it has been like this for a while. How are they supposed to take customer orders? When you call the restaurant, they send you to a voice answering service in the Philippines who speak broken English and take 15 minutes to take your order. Only option is to go in the store and wait 10 minutes for a lazy waitress to see you and come take the order. 10/2021 Sorry, but when the customer places an order and is waiting for their meal, you don't take the next 3 customers who came in right after them. You bring the food to the customer who already paid and is waiting rather than have them wait longer and spend 5 minutes to seat other customers. This location is similar to others where they don't think that customers who already placed an online or phone order matter, they will sit down many people first and then bring you your meal.
Love this place. The lumberjack grand slam was slamming great. Always great for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
