A destination for cabaret music in Chicago, Davenport's features a piano bar up front and an intimate showroom in the back, where some of the city's best vocalists perform. The cabaret room has a cover charge and a two-drink minimum, but most nights the lively piano bar is free or passes the hat for a a couple of dollars.
