There needs to be a better system for telling people - especially people who have never been here before to expect to wait at least 45 minutes for your order on the weekend. I had never been here before and wanted to grab a bagel before an appointment - I left because I was going to miss my appointment. Awful service. I would not come back.

The bagel was really good - not AMAZING. The coffee was yummy. The ambiance is really nice and its usually not very crowded. I really like the location and theres great seating to look out the window and people watch. My only complaint is the price, but for the area it makes sense. I got a large coffee with almond milk and a bagel sandwich for about $15. Not cheap, but it's worth it if you're looking for a place to spend a few hours and chill and get some good food with a few friends or by yourself.

For steamed bagels, they are great. So was service. Its busy and cluttered inside, but for takeaway I would definitely recommend
