Exquisite experience driving up to the spacious country club. The curve drive up gives you the feeling of being a V.I.P. Guest are warmly welcomed. Had an event at Carriage Greens Grand Ballroom with 110 on my guest list and the cuisine was absolutely delicious. So many sent me emails and sharing with me how fabulous the event was.
Super rude staff. Had an 8:00 am tee time and came into the pro shop at 7:54 to check in and the guy tried telling us that we were late, missed our group, and that we’d have to skip the first hole. Starter was frantically waving us to the tee box as if he wanted us to run to our carts. He sent the other twosome we were playing with at least 5 mins early and then tried to rush us off the tee because they “had a full sheet for the day”. We literally made it off the first tee at 7:59 and there was not another foursome to be seen. I understand that we weren’t early but we were treated as if we were walking in 5 mins past our tee time. Never had an experience like that at a golf course. The course was not in great condition either. Nobody repairs ball marks. Not enough value for the price. Will not be coming back.
Unbelievably rude staff. Absolutely disgusted by the way my husband was spoken to when he went to discuss a cancelled tea time due to the very poor health of a close relative. We live in the neighborhood but will be sure to NEVER give our money to this garbage establishment. Would give 0 stars if that were possible.
Never book a tee time here. My son and I prepaid for a tee time on a Saturday afternoon. The night before the tee time, my father was taken to the hospital in serious condition. Since I was in the hospital, with my father dying, my son called the pro shop and told them that we could no make it due to a family emergency. He was told by an employee that they would speak with a manager to try and get us a raincheck. I called the next day to discuss the raincheck and was told by the head pro that they have a 48 hour cancellation policy and that he could not do anything about our prepaid tee time. I hung up with disgust and called back later to cancel another tee time I had booked for a foursome for the next Sunday but no one answered the phone. I left a message and hung up. Not trusting the cancellation would be completed, I called back a bit later. The same guy answered the phone and finally cancelled my booking. As I was about to hang up, I told him I'll never play there again. His response was "That's Fine". So they really don't care about return business. I recommend to everyone reading this to never book there. Terrible service and no compassion for anything.
Nice course, but the Pro Shop clerk (Brian) has a bad attitude. He told us to find another course because we had a ride along, then we said we’d use 2 carts so he agreed. He refused to give us drinks 12 minutes before tee time because we would be “holding up the course.” Other staff commented that he didn’t want us there because we’re women and we go too slow. The ranger let him know that we were going faster than the men and we definitely kept pace. He treated us rudely from the time we got there until we left. He is definitely a misogynist, however, he’s also very rude to the male players. Just an overall jerk. Side note: **The ranger and the bartender were very nice**
