Sprawling dim sum hall, dressier than most, with both carts and menu ordering.

Came here with a party of 2 and it’s interesting that parties of 5+ get seated sooner than us although we arrived first. Waited a total of 40 minutes for lunch on a Saturday. There are mostly big top tables with a few 4 tops, which is probably why. My favorite dishes were the shrimp crepe, shumai, and shrimp dumplings. Chicken feet had good sauce but could’ve been more tender. Overall, I’d only go back if I had a big group since it’s a restaurant that favors big parties. (Didn’t take any pics of the food because we scarfed them down as the dishes came out one by one)
Best dim sum in Midwest. The portion was large and the price was reasonable. You can be reassured of their authenticity as all waiters speak Cantonese.
BE CAREFUL OF BEING QUESTIONED ABOUT YOUR TIPPING + BROKEN CUPS/PLATES FOOD: 8/10 SERVICE: 1/10 Pretty good dim-sum. My family and I have been coming here for a long time. One thing to be wary of though, would be the cups and plates. When I was there with my family, my uncle was pouring tea into his cup, but it leaked as the cup was cracked at the bottom. Most of our plates were also chipped. Another thing was that we ordered egg tarts, but everything came out except that. We asked one of the staff and turns out that they were sold out of it. But they didn't bother notifying us at all until we asked! One thing also, that has never happened until this time, was that when my mom was paying, she gave some tip, but the cashier, possibly the owner, LITERALLY told my mom, “Only this little, it’s suppose to be 15% for tipping”. Like WHAT…? Then my mom proceeds to give another $3, and that lady still has the NERVES to say “It’s still 15% though”, ONE MORE TIME! APPARENTLY SHE STILL WASN’T SATISFIED EVEN AFTER MY MOM GAVE EVEN MORE TIP!!!!! WTH! EXTREMELY UPSET WITH HER WORDS!
Tasty and fresh food. Price is good too. Been there twice so far. Parking is next to the building across the street which is not most convenient like all the other restaurants on this street, but can be validated for 2 hours. Will come back.
My husband and I wanted to try out this dim sum. The service is poor. They sat us down and gave us tea. They never ask us what drink we wanted to drink. We wrote down what we wanted to eat from the dim sum menu. Waited for someone to pick up the order sheet. We had to get one of the server attention to pick up our order sheet. Most of our dim sum dish came out cold. The food was not good at all. We never had a server to attend to us at all. All the server was attending to other tables and ignore us the whole time. Bathroom has a strong smell of mothballs.
