Best pastry shop in the city, hands down. Every single cake, tart, torte, cookie, eclair...perfection. I have not suggestions to add.

Chicken salad was very tasty with fresh cranberries! Very nice presentation too! The egg and bacon on croissant was nicely peppered but we both preferred the chicken salad for taste, texture, plentifulness. The bakery items make it a nice complement too! Really like this place!

Amazing quality and consistency of product for more than 20 years, Selmarie is my go-to bakery for special occasions and relaxing meals out with friends. It’s almost impossible to make a bad choice in the pastry case, and the seasonal and special event menus in the cafe and patio are always enticing. The chill atmosphere has made this my Lincoln Square Happy Place since moving to the neighborhood in 2000; the high standards have made me a loyal customer despite living further away. It’s always a great place for approachable and elegant food.

Nice place. Good food, Nice outdoor patio. Just walked in and decided to try it. May be a bit pricey for what I got which was the chicken pot pie. The chicken was a bit chewy and it was bland. Once it was salted and peppered the flavor was excellent. I guess it's a good thing to not add salt as some customers may not like it too salty?

The cookies here are the best! I enjoyed the turkey and Brie sandwich. I’ve only done takeout but the folks who work here are awesome & so kind.
