Buckley's Great Steaks - Merrimack
Buckley's Great Steaks owners/chefs Michael and Sarah Buckley are also behind MT’s Local Kitchen, Surf Nashua and Surf Portsmouth. As with all of their ventures, Buckley's beef is Midwestern grain fed, and here it's aged a minimum of 21 days and char-grilled over a native hardwood fire. All of the steaks are cut and marinated in-house.
Those looking for more casual bites should head for the tavern, which offers a separate menu from the dining room. This is where guests will find a nice selection of half-pound burgers that are ground fresh daily from choice sirloin, rib-eye and tenderloin trimmings. They're grilled over native hardwood, served on a griddled potato roll and come with fries. Choose from the mushroom-swiss burger, avocado burger or steakhouse burger topped with a signature, house-made steak sauce.
Guests may also order steaks in the tavern as well as in the dining room. Choose from favorites such as 26-ounce cowboy steak, 14-ounce ribeye or sugar-cured strip loin.
